PHP developer for proofs (generate versions of images)

Budget for this job: max $100. We need a php script that will generate new versions of these images based on the settings and upload them to the amazon server. On the amazon S3 server we'll keep images in their original pixel size. The settings are: 1. width - width of a new image 2. height - height of a new image 3. fit image or crop image - if "fit image" option is on - zoom out to the width and height, for "crop image” option - crop images to the width and height 4. black and white filter - if this option is enabled - save a new image in greyscale. For each picture, you will need to create up to 12 different versions and upload on the amazon server. All settings can be taken from the database. The script will have to get the parameters (names of images on the server), we need ability to pass several pictures at once.
