one way messenger to send text and pic from desktop to mobile phones (androind &IOS)

ONE WAY MESSENGER FOR MOBILE PHONES. The application consist of sending real time messages and pictures from desktop to subscribers mobile phones (Android & IOS). The messages sent are for different categories and the subscribers have to choose which categories they want to subscribe so they will receive only the messages related to those categories. Subscribers are required to register to get an ID and password to access the application and have to choose which category (ies) they want to subscribe. The sender (desktop) will have full access to control panel to add/remove category, approve/disable/delete subscribers, save, print, etc... Explaination ---------------- the Web admin panel with the following features... 1. Able to see all app registered members..approval after registration. 2. Able to block/delete any registered users. 3. Able to add/edit/delete categories. 4. Able to post messages with pictures from web admin panel to all registered app members according to category. So they can see only those messages and pictures from only those categories whose subscribed on first login. Now app functionality :- 1. Customer will able to download the app and than able to register with ID and password and few more details... 2. After registration they can go to login screen and do the login but first time we will show message.. Waiting for approval from admin to access the account. 3. Once approved from admin , user will do login. 4. After login they will have to subscribe the categories which they want to get messages.. 5. Home screen will show list of messages sent by admin according to subscribed categories by the users. 6. Users will able to manage their profiles within the app. 7-Users can see all messages or the messages by category 8-admin when approving it set the approval period this is a summary hope it is well explained.
