Hello, Ebay API call limit for a day is 5000 and amazon has 3600 hourly limit so probably you exceed amazon limits when getting product data. So posible fix would be to limit api calls for hour to 3600. Now sadly I cannot help you to fix your code as I'm not PHP developer i'm Python developer. I mostly specialize on data mining and custom web application development.
