Need create WordPress website with 2 form -- 3

Hello I ned WP website with 2 forms, and multilingual (added only 2 languages english and russiian). I will provide all plugins. I will need fast website, if website at the end will not fit 90 mobile and 90 pc google speed test I will not accept this work, so if you can guaranty for me this speed we cant ewen start, because if it will not be 90 pc and minimum 90 mob on google page speed test fully functional website with all plugins turned on i will decline work. Website with these plugins yoast, wordfence, gravityforms, AVADA or other theme, with drag & drop Builder, multilangual plugin Form is long with around 70 fields and logical condition, after form submition, user must to see where to pay and admin and user must receive form which was submitted, all this can be easy done with gravityforms. Gravityform must be with all fields as in sample 1 please see attached link [login to view URL] At the end IF you will check links you will see that there in one language are only Homepage and 2 form pages, other pages are just tect page ,where all data easy copied and inserted. AMP wersion possible for speed, mobile version, I ordering not firs and not tenth website, so I know what price must be. Please provide you last 3 to 5 works
