Modify a Custom Script I own

I need to modify a custom script I currently own. This is an adult type script (just in case some of you don't take on adult work). I have a MySQL database and script that currently. - I have over 100,000 links to free adult hosted galleries in a database. - The script allows webmasters to send (through a static link) traffic. The script then selects one of the galleries from the database and sends the visitor to one of them galleries. I NEED THIS SCRIPT MODIFIED TO: - I need to setup a template based feature that allows the webmaster to. (for generation of the static links in tables) - Select a background color - Select a boarder color - Select a table background color - Select a text color - Select a link color - Select Font to use for table heading - Select Font to use for links - Select Font size for table - Select Font size for generated links - Insert a traffic trade link prefix (user input) - Select # Of Links Per Category - Select Link Column Border Width - Select Link Column Alignment - Insert Page Title - Insert Page Meta Description - Insert Page Meta Keywords - Choose a different layout page - Sorted Categories in 1 columns (as many rows as need) - Sorted Categories in 2 columns (as many rows as need) - Sorted Categories in 3 columns (as many rows as need) - Sorted Categories in 4 columns (as many rows as need) - Select as many different categories of links (static links) as webmasters desires for display within the columns - Ability to rank them categories in order of display - Then display the coded html for what the webmaster just submitted. ALSO I NEED. - Within the admin part allow me to. - Scan the galleries within the database for - is it a image gallery? - is it a movie gallery? - search for keywords within the gallery (I select the key words it will search for). If it finds the any of the key words on the gallery it will then add the gallery to that niche of galleries also. (not change it, but add it). I have something in the script that currently does this, but I'm not happy with it and it don't include all the features I would like.
