Looking for PHP developer

I work with a large "scrap" data set in PHP, want to save into MySQL table, but before insert need to correctly formate. I have a few rules "how" to need formatting data. I need you, to speed up the process and write a PHP code snippet for formatting the data. Project description: This is a Ukrainian company database. I have company names, addresses, company numbers. I use a government website, execute "free" queries to get contact details, like phone numbers and email addresses. Unfortunately, the government database has a ton of wrongly formatted OR not complete data. You need to separate phone numbers and email addresses from the RAW results, BASED on my rules.
