I am looking for a database expert with excel knowledge to create a database with live data transfer. The database must have the ability to. 1) Read only a live CSV file that is on PC A. 2) Input data in the CSV from an Excel file that is on PC B. The PC B must not be able to read the source code of the program in the PC A. The PC A must not be able to read PC B excel file that has some functions that are to be kept secret from PC B.
