Laravel or Codelgniter or React Stock/goods entry exit management system

I want something like this- 1. Stock-IN to warehouse: Goods/Raw materials arrive in our warehouse and we make entries with details such as - vehicle number, challan no, name of the product, Number of cartoons, quantity in each carton, entry date, and remark. A barcode will generate for each product type when the entry is saved. We will print this barcode and stick it to each carton. 2. Stock OUT from warehouse and Stock-IN to production house: We will scan the barcode from the cartoon (generated from step 1), and the stock-out details will be recorded for Warehouse and stock-in details will be recorded for the Production house. 3. Stock OUT from the Production house and Stock-IN to the Finished Warehouse: When a product is manufactured in our production house, we will move that product from the production house to the finished warehouse. We will make these entries and a barcode will be generated. We will paste this barcode into the cartons. 4. Stock-OUT from the finished warehouse to Delivery/Sale: Whenever we make a sale, we will scan the barcode (generated from step 3) to enter a stock-out entry in our system. And an Invoice will be generated for every sale we make (customer invoice). Add/Edit customer (simple mode). This is a simple goods movement recording system we want. We don't want to record any amount/money transaction. And also we don't want complicated things. A very simple way to manage product movement within a warehouse. Reports will be as follows: 1. Warehouse report: Number of stocks/raw materials stored in a warehouse (product wise), number of entries made (day wise/date wise), stock out report (day wise/ date wise), etc. 2. Production house report similar to above 3. Finished warehouse report: similar to above such as Product wise stock available, Stock out/Sale report (day wise/product wise) and etc. Admin feature: Admin will add/edit office staff such as Manager, Data Entry operator. The manager will manage things, DEO will make entries, etc. Add/edit/delete Products Add/edit/delete Customer and etc whatever essential 1. This is for personal purposes. There will be no frontend/website visitor pages. 2. I also want PWA for mobile devices 3. I want most of the tasks done through Ajax. So no unnecessary page reloads every time an entry is added. 4. I am comfortable with PHP so Laravel or Codeigniter framework is my choice. If you want to do this in React then let me know how tough it will be if in the future I want to make a few small changes.
