[Fixed price for base functionality, then hourly thereafter for feature modifications/additions/requests/etc.] I'm the owner of AA Advantage Doors. The growing company consists of 2 employees including myself. We install, repair and service garage doors and automatic openers. I'm looking for a developer to create a web-based system (PC & mobile friendly) that has the following integrated functionality. - Fully functioning customer scheduling calendar (separate and colour coded for each employee) with monthly, weekly and daily views. - Automatic customer reminders of upcoming appointments via email and SMS, with editable parameters. - Customer invoicing capabilities with line items. - Ability to add/remove/upload list of products & services that can be added to invoices and quotes. - Customer quoting capabilities. - Task list - Ability to mark jobs as complete, then converting them to invoices that can be emailed and sent via SMS. - Detailed reporting of finances. - Client portal that allows customers to log in and view their invoices and quotes, and approve quotes or request changes. - Adding customer to database, and associating them with a given schedule entry or task. - Upon scheduling a customer, an email and/or SMS is sent to the customer confirming appointment details. - Employee clocking in and clocking out. - Employee timesheet - Allow business owner to edit and approve employee hours, and mark employees as paid for specific time period. - Adding unlimited properties to customer profiles. - Automatic accumulation of invoice and quote numbers with each successive new invoice/quote. - Ability to add a widget to any website to allow customers to fill out a service request form with their details, which would automatically add this client to the database and send a notification to owner via email of new customer request. - Full dashboard that allows owner to view overview and details of business, such as: List of jobs, quotes, invoices, expenses, reports of every line item used in invoices (based on dates selected), outstanding balances, past due invoices, upcoming jobs, job totals ($), overdue tasks, etc. - Automatic customer reminders of unpaid invoices with configurable parameters (eg. 3 days, 8 days and 14 days after invoice creation, with modifiable email/SMS content). - Automatic quote follow up after set number of days. - When customers receive quote via email/SMS, and after viewing quote details, provide customer with ability to upgrade certain line items with add-ons. - Google Maps integration displaying locations of all customer appointments, and ability to filter appointments by employee. - Assign individual jobs to certain employees, which will allow these jobs to show up only on that particular employee's calendar. - Allow each employee to invoice customer on the jobsite. - View all past automatic and manual email/SMS communications that occurred with each customer. - Ability to work with me on an as-needed to make modifications, remove and add features in the future. - Allowing me full access to programming language upon request (in case programmer is no longer accessible).
