Get a Website Built

My website to be built has a few simple components. 1. On the homepage, there is a box where the user can type in a phrase and click submit. 2. The user is then prompted to create a user account with name, email, password and their telephone number. After they create their login credentials, they pick a date and time in a calendar and click submit. 2. This takes the user to their personal portal page. The administrator is then sent a notification of the user's phrase that they entered and their contact information from the registration page, and the date and time they picked. 3. On the users personal portal page there are are three key features. 1. There is a chat box where the user and the administrator can chat back and forth. This is not live, rather it is more of a message board that the user and administrator can interact, and it maintains a written log of such. 2. The second feature is an area where the user and / or administrator can upload documents and the documents. The documents can be opened and printed from this area. 3. The third and final feature is a timeline located at the bottom of the page. The timeline has small color coded buttons throughout the timeline that can be highlighted by the administrator only. This is to help the user keep track of their progress. Each color coded button will have a pre-defined step, to guide the user through a process, that is constant for every user. This is only color or highlighted adjustable by the administrator. It should be noted that the user should be able to enter a new phrase, like they did 1st on the homepage, on their personal portal page, to create a new individual portal page for each phrase. For example, the user should be able to enter multiple phrases. Each phrase should be clickable on the portal page to take the user to a personalized portal page for each phrase. So, each phrase should have their own individual document download area, chat wall and timeline. Lastly, I want to have a social media launcher near the website logo, where the user can share the website logo and comment on it on their social media feed like Facebook and twitter, if they choose to do so. I would like this project to be completed within 4 to 6 weeks. Thanks
