Phase 1. Detailed project definition. I will have specific questions that I will need answers to. Upon completion of the requested information, I will design a simple (but complete) workflow. Phase 2. Software review. 1) Review the current settings 2) Evaluate how the basic features are being used 3) Suggest what other features can be used to increase productivity and profitability 4) Focus is on workflow processes and workflow automation 5) Reviewing reporting requirements 6) Freshdesk also has the ability to connect with other apps automatically, such as Mailchimp, Slack & Quickbooks. With a program such as Zapier, Freshdesk can connect with many other programs automatically Personally, I use a program very similar to Freshdesk, I do use G Suites, and connect my programs with Zapier to Airtable and Mailchimp.
