Fix my website - WordPress, PHP

My website is having an issue with a plugin since I've changed hosting servers. It’s removalist booking site that allows customers to search and book a removalist in their area. The site works as follows - customers answer a few simple questions and are shown removalists that a) service their area b) are available on the time and date specified c) have the correct kind of vehicle available. My hosting company recently migrated my site from one server to another and that seems to have broken the search function. Specifically, the search function does not show all the removalists that it should. It’s like it’s not reading the database properly for all the removalists. I’ve worked with hosting company but they were unable to help. I’m looking to have this resolve as soon as possible.
