Fix problem on YII

I have a web application on yii where i send select e-card, pay for it and send it to my contacts. There is an issue in sending the email, although the payment processing is correct in the gateway. The freelancer need to do: 1- set payment gateway to test 2- fix and test the email sending 3- set payment gateway to live again please read the description carefully and check the budget carefully, do not bid outside the range and do not ask me about the budget....this is critical and I will be reporting anyone who asks me about the project that is already described and about the budget
