This a simple fix to a .php script which works with a html form and sends details to an email address. The script works fine and sends the email but it does not attach the file (4 maximum) to the email only the filename. The html file with the url address is in the attached file. I will send the php script to the successful bidder.

Hi, There are a few things you may need to do to get this to work. I downloaded the [login to view URL] source and with some modifications it correctly sends all the data including the filenames to [login to view URL] I have a lot of experience in creating HTML forms and sending emails from PHP.
