Experienced Wordpress Developer Needed ASAP (Eastern-Europe)

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer who is able to develop plugins themselves and can show off some plugins developed themselves. At the moment need some plugins to make work TODAY or by TOMORROW morning on a new WP site with Elementor that used to work at the old site. For example, colour cards that need to show from RGB colour codes. Need to move everything from the old WP website to new one with Elementor and make it work for Elementor. Current old website is very old WP version and many functions don't automatically suit for Elementor. Basically the new site should remain pretty much the same as the old one. TODO (must be done before 16/07 mid-day - UTC+2) 1. Colorlabel page in old website needs to look the same at new website - in the admin, you will see colorcards module in the left menu.
