Nous souhaitons supprimer l'interaction entre nos employés et nos clients lors de la remise de commande en installant un système de boîtes de récupération de commande connectées à notre système de commande. Nous cherchons un développeur indépendant ou une petite entreprise de développement de logiciels pour nous aider à développer un tel système. Les fonctionnalités que nous recherchons pour le système de boîtes de récupération de commande comprennent : Un système de verrouillage/déverrouillage des boîtes de récupération de commande via un code ou un QR code fourni au client lors de la commande Un écran pour indiquer au client que sa commande est prête et dans quelle boîte de récupération de commande elle se trouve Un système de notification en temps réel pour les employés afin qu'ils sachent quelles commandes ont été récupérées par les clients Une intégration transparente avec notre système de commande existant.
