The advantage of this management is that you save time for other activities or projects. 2- Dual status as an employee and associate Through our solution, we offer you a unique double status of associate and employee: - The first one, of IT consultant, for which you have a real permanent contract as well as a local salary and which gives you all the rights of the salaried employee (pension contribution + unemployment, payslip, 20 days of paid vacations, 13th month) - a second one, that of Business Developer, which makes you a member of the Hightekers association, and allows you to receive the rest of your remuneration from our head office in the UK. The advantage is that your pay slip can be adjusted according to your needs for a credit application. Regarding taxes, you pay tax in Belgium on your salary and the tax on profits is deducted at source directly in England by Hightekers. The tax treaty between our 2 countries stipulates that there is no double taxation.
