clone of jakprints

I need someone to sesign me a site like jakprints. I dont need it exactly cause i do not sell business cards or print items.....Just shirts.......I need it to have options for digital printing of shirts and screen printing. Basically a way that someone can upload their art and have it put on shirts. I do not have alot to spend at all......I am very web savvy and do not have time to do this cause the printing company is very busy. Check out jakprints and let me know.
