Build me a Discord bot that logs which users reacts to messages

I'm your guy, I've been building discord bots for half a year now, for server with 100K members and less. I've made discord bots for food delivery, servers backup, events registration and more... I'll be building the bot in Python tho, feel free to ask if you need any more info

I'm trying to start building a portfolio here on freelancer and that's hard to do when you haven't completed and projects. What I've done is already created the scripts that will have the bot record when a user reacts to a message and it will store the information in a sqlite database file. I have this bot working in a test server which I can invite to you and show you that it works. Only downside is is that I've done it in python. Based on your screenshot I assume you're doing it in C#? I can convert it to C# but I don't have my C# environment setup with the discord NuGet so setting it up and going through the documentation will add extra time

I have experience with discord API and writing bots. I can write full code that will output a log file of each user who reacted to something, and how many times they did so in CSV form. I will not be able to host the bot for you, but can provide instructions for you to run it yourself.
