BigCommerce API - Order Download

I need a simple script to download order details from BigCommerce. I need this written in PHP. The script needs to retrieve the order, customer name, customer email, order number, and line item details of the order including qty, part number, and the results provided by a special configured field. The script should return all new orders since the previous download, and save to two separate files. 1 file will contain the order and customer information, the other would contain the order # and the details.
