I am using a Windows Server with XCart Shopping cart software connected to QuickBooks online for our accounting. Everything on the inventory, payment gateways etc all speak back to quickbooks. I want to store the customer in Quickbooks and add 4 fields. Those same fields to a on a webforms that creates a NEW Membership account that contains Name address, phone and 4 custom fields. These fields need to be activated when the user inputs a 12 digit number. once activated the database needs to be able to be access for a XML call out to our IVR.
