A couple of years ago we delivered a Supply Chain Management system for the liquor wholesale and retail traders in USA. The system was designed for 250+ retailers and 26 wholesalers. The POS for retailers was a windows based software which had a small portion of their monitor dedicated for advertisements. *Our POS was hosted on the web server where the retailers could register themselves and download for use on their computers *The distributors would pay for advertising their products. The ads would refresh periodically. The system admin could also direct geography focused ads to different systems. The ad administration was via web server interface wherein the admin would upload the ads, specify the geography where the ads were targeted, duration for which the ad would remain on screen and a few other parameters. Essentially, our POS determined the sales in each geography and that in turn helped the distributors bid in the auction for the ad space. You require cookies to help the advertisers devise their strategy for advertising. If i understood you correctly you want "adinject" into browsers with control of what type of ads to show (and from different advertisers or not, its none of my bussines). This along with a control panel (statistics about number of users, browsers with control of ads to show) i can deliver in 5-7 days.
