So, we will have to make a singe and simple change in the backend / ADMIN so you / ADMIN can change the category option. Can you please let us know what type of changes you want to make? We will make HTML/CSS changes in the eleven categories to have the Dropdown option. When you /ADMIN (only) will select another category it will be saved in the DB.
