Web Design [Index page Layout and Graphics]

This is a revamp project for a web hosting site. Open to web designers and graphic designers. Basically its design for the Index page and the main hosting page. These pages need to look professional and grab the customer. The site uses the AWBS billing system. So this restricts editing certain parts of the page namely the top menu (to much work). So the coder/graphic designer will we working on the content of these two pages. Also the exiting color scheme will not be changing so the coder will also be working to match this. Coding will not be on the live site. The coder will provide mock up pages together with the graphics and a separate CSS. Live index page :[login to view URL] Main hosting page :[login to view URL] (including the left menu) Some of the green bar images (eg. right under the top menu) are reused through out the site. So I will also want some texture added to these images to get that professional look. Please ask me for any more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under Irish and U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All versions of browsers.
