skin development for php/mysql web system

The goal of this project is to implement each of the attached skins (as shown in "skins_to_implement") in the "sample web system" system. You should cut the necessary .gif or .jpg images from the .jpg screenshots that I have included. Please note that I do not have the original Photoshop sources. The goal is that I should be able (via the admin panel for the sample web system) to change the skin "on the fly" (automatically, after I change the setting in the admin panel). To install the attached sample web system, run "[login to view URL]" after uploading to a PHP/MySQL web server. Please note that I will supply you with a slightly updated version of this sample web system if I accept your bid. Please ensure that your skin implementation is applied throughout the entire system (all pages in the sample web system). If you have any difficulty downloading or unzipping the attached .zip file, you can also get these files from here: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
