Custom Internet Video Player!!

Developers: I have created a custom 'How-to' video website which is about 80% complete. It is similar to such websites as [login to view URL] and ExpertVillage.com. Now, the next thing I need created is a custom embedded video player. I would like the video player to do the following: - Play all standard video formats including: .MPG, .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and optional .FLV, .SWF - My logo on the player - Controls including: Play, pause, volume, video size control (normal/fullscreen), progress bar - Ability to Compatability with other websites such as MySpace/Facebook/LinkedIn - Pre/Post roll advertisement capabilites. Should make the ads clickable and be able to count the clicks/views. This should also include external admin page where I can manage which advertisements are playing as well as see statistics on advertisement views. I should also be able to set the length of advertisements from 15 seconds/30 seconds/45 seconds/1 minute. - ability to email the link to a friend - ability to get the URL/embed in another site - (optional) ability to rank the video And I would like you to include and suggest any other options/features out there.
