Ajax/php/Javascript Clean Up

(Please Dont Bid Without having the above knowledge) Whats needed. 1. An Ajax Members system, I already have a working members system it just needs intergrating, with some modifications, user should be able to setup an account, once they are verifyed, they will be allowed to download 2-3 files in any 24 hour period, they should be able to update their account to allow unlimited downloads via paypal, already have the paypal scripts. 2. I need some help with the search & #-Z button, these are one in the same thing (same if decision block). 3. Basically have a look at the code and recommend any improvments within the code.
