Developing Extra Features for Wordpress Website

I had Photography Website with rating system where members (Photographers) will upload their photo works into our website to get rate from other users. For all photo which are uploaded into our website will need to pass Curators team to decide either the photo is publish or rejected. Every photo which uploaded into the website and pass screening will again be awarded for Best Category Photo of The Month (Currently we had 7 category and this award is the best photo represent for each category each month), Best Photo of The Month (From all best category winner, will be taken 1 best photo for the best of the month) and Best Photo of The Year (The best of the year is taken from 12 best of the month photo, one of them is the winner). The users of our website is defenately a photographers and we are offering several membership type to our members. Starting from Regular Membership which is Free, Premium / Paid Member, and VIP Member. The Premium Member is subscription membership where they need to upgrade their membership for extra slots or quota for uploading photo. Regular member are able to upload photo maximum 1 photo a day. Premium member are devided into several membership. 1. Silver Member (Upload Slot: 2 / Day) 2. Gold Member (Upload Slot: 3 / Day) 3. Platinum Member (Upload Slot: 4 / Day) 4.
