Custom Wordpress plugin

I need a plugin that can enable custom URL rewrites for single Wordpress pages like I spell out below. Here's the problem: I want to track the source of a link using query string variables. I want to be able to link to a page like this: [login to view URL] However, if I do this in Wordpress, it will delete all the variables from my URL, leaving me with this: [login to view URL] All my data is gone. If I put an email optin form on that page, the source will say [login to view URL] That does me no good. I need the data. If I look in my Google Analytics, I won't be able to differentiate between the sources based on the query string. So here's my solution: Create a plugin that allows me to easily create specific URL Rewriting Rules for specific pages only. I don't want it to effect the rest of my Wordpress site, only the pages I specify. So when someone clicks on a link like this: [login to view URL] ...here is what they see: [login to view URL] ...basically like this: [login to view URL] 3/value3 ...for as many variables as I need. This way, I can include as much info as I want in my link, so I can track data, but the visitor will see a nice, pretty URL. I'll be able to to track multiple conversion funnels in Google Analytics through a single Wordpress page. Here's what I need from you: -How much will it cost? Cheap is good. -How long will it take?
