Buddypress - Issues with account activation emails

Hi all, We built a buddypress site for a client that now has many members successfully registered but there are still several issues with signups: 1/ Some people are complaining they never received the account activation email. 2/ Some people get the activation email, click on the link but get a message about a bad security key We have to stay with the buddypress version we have as we have a few custom written plugins that will break if we upgrade :( We have tried switching to SMTP rather than PHPMail and this helps but still the issues above for many people. We cannot replicate these issues and have successfully created man test accounts and we do not have enough data back from these people who cannot sign in to see any patterns. So what do we need you to do? Figure out why *some* activation emails are not reaching these new members We'll give you full access to the site and the server and you have to figure out what is happening with these emails. It could be a plugin, server issue, script conflict, spam traps or something else. Please do not give outrageously high quotes and please no auto bidders.
