virtumonde help!!!(repost)

Our server windows 2003 sb has got virtumonde trojan infection and we cannot get rid of it. WE will pay $100 to anyone who can walk us through this problem either by IM or email back and forth. We have tried Ad Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy. They see it and get rid of it but it comes right back. We have Terminal services and can allow access through remote desktop. We have identified the troublesome exe's and deleted them but they come right back. There is a dll called [login to view URL] that is used by a process and we can't delete it. Not even in safe mode. I would appreciate any help on this.
