Find CPU Fan Speed Control program for my gateway laptop with vista

Simple project, 1. Find a Fan Speed Control Program that will work with Window Vista and My Gateway M465 laptop. 2. VNC onto my laptop using realVNC download, install and test the program (if it doesnt allow you to adjust the speed of the fans, start over with step 1 and find another that does work). I am great to work for and have all kinds of projects going on. Payment in full upon successful completion. More projects for right canidate.
