Control panel for Paint program

I have a Paint control written in C# that does most of the functions of Microsoft Paint. I don't have time to work on the fine details because I have other commitments and I need someone to create a couple of control panels for me that will enable a user to drive the control like Paint. I require a control panel that enables the user to select all the drawing tools, brush sizes and so-on and a control panel that shows a colour palette with foreground / background color with the ability to choose a specific colour from the ColorDialog. The Control panels will be Windows Forms controls, written in C# and will simply update the properties of the PaintControl class which I will provide. I have a test harness which does all this but the buttons and controls that I put in it quickly to test my code are ugly and uninspiring but you can follow those technques to complete the task for me so most of the work is already done. The final package will contain the PaintControl a PaintControlToolbox and a PaintControlPalette that I can embed into several of my applications that require image editing abilities. You will create the PaintControlToolbox and PaintControlPalette. A good knowledge of Widows Forms programming is essential.
