Form to email that is SSL secured // or form to database

I use FormToGo [login to view URL] to make my forms I asked bebosoft if set the "post action" to be on a HTTPS page will the email be SSL, but clearly I don’t know what I am doing. They said; Use an HTTPS connection to transmit form data securely plus FormMailEncoder to encrypt the email at [login to view URL] I was just about to buy formencryption when I thought someone here could help. We need a one page form to be sent to an email or the database where the end user can view it. If it helps I will make the template form fields in dreamweaver. I did a quick google and it said that emails can be secured by SSL, but I am not sure if the information was right, I am unsure if the end user would then need to access his emails through SSL SMTP (I can ask him to do this if needed). If you want to provide a quote on how much it would cost to send the information to a database, this will needs have a secured admin page, if needed I can do this with .htaccess .htpasswd Or quote on how much it will cost to get the form sent to his email securely. The SSL is working on our site and we can provide the Digital Certificate details if needed, and database details. I dont know what else you may want. I am hoping for a quote under $110, under $70 would be good. but quote what you like and we will consider all bids.
