Wordpress design / functionality for Cancer Charity website

We require a customized Wordpress for a Cancer Charity fundraising effort. Details: - Light grey background with watermark like pink ribbons. - I would like an about blurb for the charity - Donation button should be prominent with PayPal integration or where to send / drop-off donations - I would like a video window for tributes etc (on main page, also on the 'Memory Wall' users should be able to link their YouTube tributes also - A page to be used as a "Memory Wall" which is user-generated content - Links for twitter and facebook pages (maybe embed the twitter feed) - Main news page (no comments) - Page for links to cancer pages, charities, support groups, etc. Customer likes the following sites as reference: [login to view URL] (likes the design & layout, news brief, and embedded YouTube) [login to view URL] (the video windows, and the ease to donate) [login to view URL] (likes colors, the embedded video, and memory wall) My budget is limited on this project as it is a charity project and I plan to donate this site to the charity, but I don't want to cheap out on the design and layout. Still needs to be first-class. The customer has a budget for the project, but I'd rather see the money go straight back into the charity itself. Needed to repost this project as I had picked the incorrect budget.
