Social Media Posting (reposted)

I am building a "Coupon" site, and the merchant will frequently update their coupon information. I would like to also have the merchants' Facebook and Twitter accounts be auto posted when the merchant saves their newly edited coupon. In the mysql database I have an "approval" status that I will be monitoring the coupon updates from. As I "Approve" the updated coupon, this is where the Social Media sites will then be updated automatically. I have a list of Merchant Social Media Accounts, and all of the needed credentials. This processor will run from my hosted server, and the scripting will be created according to the coupon merchant that is associated. This will not be my account or credentials....it will be theirs. So, I guess you could say that I am brokering their postings from my site. I need someone to write the scripting to make this posting happen. I will insert my credentials for the database as well as the Social Media credentials into the completed scripting, and trial run this application before I pay the completion price. If there are Social Media site requirements, key codes, or any other pre-requisites I need to be informed in advance so I can have them in place when the scripting has been completed. I have a functional database and this project is only for the scripting of the Social Media Posting. No web pages or mysql work is involved in this project request. I would like all pricing based on the fact that "YES" this is something that can be done only! Partial completions, almost completions, in the neighborhood scripting and other results will be deemed as incomplete and will not be acceptable.....period. Without a fully functioning process, the project is voided. So, if you cannot make this project successful, do not reply. This is a reposting of this project due to deadbeat programmer that required 1/2 up front, and then did no work. I WILL NOT PAY IN ADVANCE AGAIN.
