We are a Real Estate firm with various rentals available at any time. So here is what we are looking for: A drop down box so that the user can choose 1 of the 12 properties. A drop down box that will generate based on the property chosen and will list the leasing agent’s names. A password entry box that will correlate with the leasing agent’s chosen name. Two text entries for Guest First Name and Guest Last Name. A drop down to choose how the guest heard about us (predefined list). A drop down for how many residents will be moving in (1-5). A Download button. The download button would be linked to a certain .pdf file depending on which property they have chosen and the name of that file will be ever changing as updates are uploaded. The download button would be activated once all fields have been entered. If a leasing agent inputs the incorrect password I would like a prompt to come up stating “incorrect password”. I would like everything to be centered and user friendly. We can add in the company logo and maybe play with colors later. The main concerns are being able to see when users download the documents. In that log I would like to be able to see the Leasing agent’s name, the guest’s first and last name, and the date & time. I would also need to be able to view a specific date and time but I figured I could pull the log into Word to do a find. I would also need it to be easy for the managers to upload the updated pdf files for each property as they change. We will also need to be able to add and delete as well as assign passwords fairly easy in case of a loss or addition of an employee. u would need to creat a new menu items, entitled - Property Listings Once they click on that, then they start getting directed to the various forms. The password will be for our employees, so we will give them the passwords. 1 purpose is for them to get the listing information. On our end, we want to track who is visiting our website and how much activity each agent is generating.(Something that is very important, however is, that we would like to keep a log of the people that fill out the information.) So, under Property Listings, we would like the following: A drop down box under the company logo - the drop down box would have the variours properties - eg. Alpine Woods Apartments, Creekside, Meadows Apartments, etc. Once someone clicks on a property, they would then have the contact information of the on-site property manager. Once they click on that manager's information, we would like to have them enter a password. Once the password is entered, they would then have to fill out a form. 1 form would have their First Name and Last Name. he 2nd Form would have them answer 3 questions: 1. How did you hear about us? I will give you a predefined drop box list that they can choose from. Ok, so the 2nd question, would be: 2. How many residents? They could pick from a drop down box of 1 to 5. Finally, they would have a "Download" button, which would enable them to download a PDF document on that property. However, the download button should only be enabled once they fill out all items on the forms. type "MY PROJECT" at the start of the job application.
