News Headline Widget

I need to get a portion of my website created. Javascript, AJAX, PHP, HTML, CSS are all accepted. The component will essentially be just like FeedZilla. It will capture the latest headlines from CNN and display them in a ticker/widget on all the website pages. The widget will be 900px wide and about 40-45px tall sitting at the bottom of the site. The widget will display one headline at a time and rotate through each headline every 10 seconds. The headlines displayed must be current and dynamic so NO MAINTENANCE is required to keep it up to date. When the headline is clicked it will open up the article in a new window (cnn website) and the widget on my page will keep cycling through the headlines. The reason I haven't used FeedZilla or any other free service is that I don't want a "get this widget" or a company logo on the widget. I have attached a screenshot of the feedzilla one I like but I obviously don't want the dinosaur icon or any other form of advertisements. It would be nice to have a feature to let me select what section of news I want to appear that I can change whenever I want (world news, finance, entertainment etc...)
