Customise Chronoforms in Joomla 1.5 site with spam prevention

I have a client with a site built on Joomla 1.5 which runs JoomFish to display in English and French. This site has a contact from built on Chronoforms but customised to look like a post-it note. Owing to the dual language nature of the site there are two forms, one on each side of the site, with slightly different images used in their makeup. (SEE ATTACHED IMAGES OF FORMS IN THEIR CURRENT STATE). What is required is for these forms to be adjusted to add some form of spam prevention. Ideally I am looking for just a simple box which has a mathematical sum, the correct answer to which will allow the form to be sent, but an incorrect answer will not send the form. There is very little space left in the design of the form (as can be seen from the attached images) so this project may also require the graphics in the forms to be adjusted to allow room for the spam prevention.
