E-Commerce website improvements

I need to make some improvements to an online store based on the OSCommerce platform. I have made designs of the changes we want to make so it should be a straight foward job. I am looking for someone who has experience in web design and building online stores. Someone with great communication skills. I can pay a bonus if you do an amazing job and there will probably be more work in the future.
