Add search categories to website

PROGRAMMERS ONLY WHO ARE EXPERIENCED IN :JavaScript JS, JavaScript JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, PHP, SWF/FLV, SQL Our site [login to view URL] has several sub domains merged into one user session. the site already has a search bar type search and another that allows users to search for jobs posted by the tupe of job and category ([login to view URL]). what i need now is for the user to be able to choose their job skill category when they join the site, and for employers to search job profiles based on te skills the user selects. and for freelance projects for the creater of the project to specify up to 5 skills required for the project and for freelancers searching for work to complete to be able to find projects based on their selected skills. Your job will be too.... 1) Add a NEW PAGE page where the users can select their job skills, to the [login to view URL] section. 2) Add the ability to search for users on the "work force" page based on job skills category and skills in the [login to view URL] section.([login to view URL]) 3) Add a search based on "job skills" to the [login to view URL] section on the "browse projects" and "find people" pages.
