6225 PayDay Loan Site

I have several Payday Loan stores, I have an incomplete site that needs finished, The site WILL NOT be for internet commerce but for the day to day business that is required to run each store,Each store clerk will enter their transactions in as they are received and Site needs to be able to track cash balance,checks held,checks due,checks deposited, checks returned from bank,all types of reports, .... coder must keep in mind that code will reside on linux server,Security is a must. This is a great opportunity for me to teach an ambitious coder the business of payday loans so they can market the code themselves if they choose.
