data display program (financial)

I need a program to display the current prices of a customizable list of financial instruments (stocks, currency pairs, options, commodities). Its pretty simple and I like to work with people who have done something similiar before. it should have custom price alerts set my users and also be able to send POP3 email custom alerts. allow the user to set the time of updates of prices. I think you can get that info from free financial websites.
