Call center statistics database

We need a visual basic/access db application to keep track of our phoner’s ongoing performance. After completion of each survey-project, we extract statistics for all phoners who have been assigned to the project. We can monitor time-consumption, success-rate etc, but we need a program where we can compile all these information’s and monitor the phoners performance from project to project over time. This will be achieved with a program where you can upload project statistics from an excel-spreadsheet every time the project is completed. The application should keep all project details in a database (Access) and be able to compile a report giving us the on-going performance of every phonier on several parameters. Key-figures will be shown in numbers, standard-deviation should be calculated and a graph showing the development over the last 12 month should also be part of the report. The final product must be a standalone .exe program supplied with installer, including visual basic source code and used objects. Please read the attached file with a detailed description of the project before bidding. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Must be able to run on computers without visual basic installed. Installer should be complete with all requered files
