Unexpected bug

Hello, I have a problem with a website that need to be resolved quickly. The website have been online for 3 years and 2 week ago a problem happen. We changed nothing so we don't understand what happen. Don't know if my host "[login to view URL]" caused the problem when he updated the MYSQL version of servers.
