We are a web and mobile app development company with a travel agency website/app that needs a custom Sabre/GDS Webservices. We are looking for a developer with proven experience with Sabre Webservices (please do not bid if you do not have previous experience with Sabre Webservices). We need to develop a custom web service that will interact with Sabre Webservices for in house website/apps. Web service must return published fares, private (NET) fares, and allows us to apply discounts and or markups to specific carriers, routes, and also apply exception rules based on flight numbers, so our customers can see negotiated fares. Web services will also allow customers to book flights and return confirmation codes. We also need to develop a webservice tool to book a different type of ticket (Airpass) that is based on a particular set of rules and pricing, that does not come from GDS, but from a table that we enter into a database, from which the Web services also reads. The web service will serve mobile applications and websites developed in-house and must implement REST pattern with JSON input/output. Keep in mind performance and scalability issues.
