Update of our homepage backend (emailing system, data base, admin section)

Our current website backend need an update. Therefore the project consists of 3 packages: I) Improved Emailing Currently all emails are sent manually via Mandrill. Future email solution has to encompass the following features: a. All emails are stored on a server in outbox protocol that meets legal standards for proofing that emails have been sent b. Currently automatic emails are produced on a set of criteria - the set of criteria have to be updated an extended c. Currently automatic email system has to be adapted by two more criteria when to create email d. Contact details of homepage user have to be integrated in the email as an attached vcf-card to all emails e. Ensure that tracking used by Mandrill in emails is less visible. Please note that also in future email solution, all emails will be checked and sent manually II) Databases Currently used databases have to be updated and additional databases to be created: a. Existing house database has to be adapted so that uploading of more houses is possible without errors or system break downs – also uploads with up to 50.000 houses have to be possible b. Existing producer database has to be adapted to capture two more contract criteria c. New database, capturing each request with all information displayed on result page, has to be developed to enable analysis of user behavior d. When uploading house in house database new SQL query has to be created to ensure max. prices are corrected e. All databases related to request have to use unique ID for each request so that data between different databases analysis can be done III) Adaptions in admin section and user entered data Based on the current admin section, some adaptions/updates have to be done a. Enable to give users of admin section specific rights I) read only II) read and download requests III) admin b. Ensure that transmission of personal contact information is SSL secured IV. TIMING & Process • Thursday 04.12.14 (end of day) → First version • Tuesday 09.12.14 (end of day) → Final version including feedback integrated, installation and testing on client server • Until Tuesday 23.12.14 (end of day) →Developers working on the project have to be available for small changes/fixes detected after final hand over • Freelancer expected to support client with 3-month guaranty (small changes, questions etc.) V. COMMUNICATION & TOOLS • All project communication including status control, milestones and tasks have to be done via ASANA.com. Employer will create specific project and invite all resources from supplier. • Code has to be saved in bitbucket on our server so that version control can be done IV. PAYMENT & INVOICE • Payment of the project will be done over freelancer.com in 2 milestone payments • Final milestone payment will only be done if freelancer provides invoice according to German tax requirements (template for invoice can be provided) !!
