Online Language Learning Application

I work in digital marketing and have partnered with the founder of Anna Spring Language School to create an application for learning languages online. The course has been written, the application has been designed and now we’re looking for a partner to build it. Like Rosetta Stone, the course will be delivered as a desktop web application, as well as both an android and iOS app. The app functionality is vital as users should be able to study both at home and on the go. Unlike others, our course is designed to utilise the benefits of learning online, to take advantage of the opportunities it offers and elevate online learning to another level. Since we’ll be competing with massive global companies like Rosetta Stone, Busuu and EF Education, the application needs to be exceptional. Compared to these huge companies, we’re tiny and our budget is comparatively small. We’ve put aside 12k to fund this project but we’re open to ideas.
