Hello - First of all it looks something interesting. I think you are mixing SQL with MySQL. I believe you should go with php/mysql combination as both are open source and available on most of the Linux hostings. I have checked out the details of the project as well and I think the requirements are simple, but I might have few questions if we move forward from here.. Thank You !!
