Personals site customization

Description : I have a personals site that just needs some simple customizing. For example the font, the background color, the front page look along with the upgrade page, the chat feature, I want to add a subject line to the messages and reformat how the messages in the mailbox appear, the results page needs a better look, The bottom line is, the site is good but very boring, it's very plain and just needs just perking up to keep users online and interested. I want the front page to have new members, top members, success story and quick search by zip code. Some please help. Deliverables : I would like this project done asap, like two weeks ago so the earliest possible please. Ownership : I want full ownership of the site, content and script. Support : I would like to have 90 days support. Not that I will need it if the project was done right in the first place, but it's just something nice to have just in case. I am very web and computer friendly so I don't really foresee any problems.
